The Rossall Foundation is a registered charity and its purpose is to raise funds to assist the School’s development. Rossall School is grateful to the many generous benefactors since its existence. The support received has enabled the School to improve and create fantastic facilities and enhanced opportunities for current and future Rossallians from all backgrounds.
The School would simply not be what it is today without you.
A Rossall Foundation Bursary provides 100% means-tested bursaries, allowing an individual to benefit from a Rossall education which they otherwise would be unable to afford. Continuing the bursary scheme opens the school to a wider community, creating those life-changing opportunities.
Ever since the School was founded in 1844 generations of Old Rossallians have taken the school into their hearts and have supported it throughout their lifetime. It is the hope that as many people as possible will continue with this wonderful tradition.
Those of you who received support yourselves during your education will appreciate more than most the opportunities that became available because of your time at Rossall.
The Annual Appeal offers ORs and Parents the opportunity to contribute to projects and aspects of education which cannot be funded through the fees but will bring an immediate beneficial effect to school life.
The School’s aim is to provide outstanding facilities to enable the school to continue to provide the academic, sporting and cultural education that it does. But as in all walks of life, the finishing touches are so important. In the recent past, the Annual Fund has provided a weather station, Science equipment, defibrillators for the campus and essential Golf equipment for the Academy. All these items have been greatly received by the pupils and staff.
It’s all about making a difference now. The school has changed over the years but some things never change and that hopefully includes the generous support of those who have benefited from what Rossall offers.
