We are thrilled to announce that the Rossallian Club’s Triennial Dinner will be held on Saturday 20th September 2025, and starting the weekend on the Friday afternoon we are planning a weekend full of family friendly activities throughout until Sunday.
The weekend starts with a Rossall Review (a bit like an OR’s have got talent) on Friday 19th September at Farmer Parrs, Fleetwood. Here you will see headline acts such as a duet with Joe Davies (SE, 2016-2023) and Sophie Addison (Dn, 1989-1995) reprising together their leading roles in West Side Story. If you were involved in any of the School’s wonderful productions over the years and would like to give it a go just one more time, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with l.squire@rossall.org.uk.. It’s all a bit of fun and time for a little nostalgia and a get together to kick the weekend off. Farmer Parr’s excellent bar and restaurant facilities will be open, so it promises to be a wonderfully convivial start to the weekend.
A unique addition to the traditional OR Weekend is the opportunity to camp at Farmer Parr’s at the end of Rossall Lane. Access will be available from Thursday afternoon, so if you have a motor home or caravan bring it along, I am sure it will be a lot of fun. The hardier amongst you could even bring a tent; pretend you are doing Rossall Award or Duke of Edinburgh’s again!
On Saturday, 20th September we have a family friendly fun filled day planned at Rossall, with activities such as a bouncy castle and bounce play area, rifle shooting, Rossall Farm, Astronomy related activities, tours around the School and much more. Throughout the day there will be various sporting activities such as Hockey and Fives.
In the evening we look forward to the big event of the weekend, the Triennial Dinner in the Dining Hall, preceded by Chapel and a drinks reception in Big School. Anyone who has attended previously will know what a fabulous evening this will be, with a fine Dinner and the opportunity to catch up with old friends.
The weekend activities will end with a departure brunch on Sunday, 21st September at Farmer Parr’s, giving one last chance to reminisce with friends old and new and finalise any networking opportunities, before saying goodbye.
Full booking details will be available shortly on Rossallians Online, so please do keep checking in and get booked in with all your family and friends as soon as possible.
We want this to be a memorable weekend, so do please try and give it your support.
