We are very sad to report the passing away of Jennifer (Jen) Booth on Monday 8th April 2025.

Jen joined Rossall as a member of the Prep School Common Room in 1972 as a teacher of English and very enthusiastic cricket coach. Jen coached many of the junior boys to produce very successful Prep School teams, who subsequently went on to play for Rossall 1st XI and regional teams. Jen was well respected by colleagues, parents and pupils alike. 

When Jen retired from teaching, keen to be still part of the Rossall Community and instrumental in the School she became the General Secretary of the Rossallian Club and was in that role until 2013. 

Jen will be fondly remembered by a multitude of OR’s. Our thoughts are with all Jen’s family and friends at this sad time!
