At this year’s Public Schools Midlands Meeting, Rossall won the famous Puds Bowls.

Chad Simpson & Tim Groves (both Pelican 1990 – 1995) made 36 points to win the bowls. This is the second time Rossall has won them since 1980.

The Public Schools Midlands Meeting is an annual invitational amateur golf tournament for former pupils (Old Boys) of member schools of the Public Schools Golfing Society, held at the prestigious Little Aston Golf Club. The event typically consists of teams of 10 competing in an 18-hole foursomes stableford format in the morning, followed by 15 holes in the afternoon, with a formal buffet lunch in between.
