House Fundraising!

House Fundraising is off to a fantstic start!

We are launching a House Fundraising Challenge to raise money for our Heritage project and would like to ask for your support. The aim of the Heritage Project is to raise funds to help restore our beloved, listed buildings on campus; Big School, the Chapel and the Library. These buildings are now in need of urgent repair; wind, rain and salt have exerted a toll on the physical fabric of our listed buildings. It is the case that crumbling masonry, corroded metal, rotten roof beams and leaking pipes threaten the very existence of our buildings.

We want to launch a fundraiser that would be fun, inclusive and get the whole Rossall community involved! As a result, we have created an inter-house step challenge and will be asking that our current Rossall students download the StepUp App and join their house group in order to see who will cover the most distance and raise the most money in our House Fundraising Challenge. The competition will run from 19th February 2024 - 22nd March 2024.

We don't want our OR community to miss out and so we have created an Old Rossallian group for you to join in! Please download the StepUp App and follow this link: Step Up Old Rossallian Group. You can then share the Sponsorship form with friends and family to gather sponsors: Sponsorship Form The App will track individual steps, which will feed into an overall total for the different groups. Please keep an eye on our social media, Rossall website  https://rossall.org.uk/house-challenge/  and our Alumni newsletter for regular updates and to see which house is winning in the league table and how our Old Rossallians are doing compared to the School houses!

This is a great opportunity to encourage fitness and wellbeing within our OR community, whilst also raising money for our Heritage Project.

We would love for you to get involved by sponsoring the challenge here: Sponsorship Form
