Roger Ellis sadly passed away on 14th February at the age of 93 after a short illness.

Roger Wykeham Ellis CBE (3 October 1929 – 14 February 2023) was a British schoolmaster, successively head of Rossall School and Marlborough College and Chairman of the Headmasters' Conference. He was a much revered headmaster, teacher and President of the Rossallian Club. Roger was at Rossall for five years  (1967-1972) and there was considerable sadness at his moving on to Marlborough where he succeeded John Dancy.
