We are sorry to announce the death of Edna Fayle.

Edna and Cyril Fayle arrived at Rossall for Michaelmas term in 1958 where Cyril was a physics master.  They took over as house parents of James House in 1966 and remained there until 1983.  They remained at the school for the next five years, retiring to the Lake District in 1988.

They were a huge part of Rossall, even after their retirement and both are sadly missed.

The funeral will take place at Harrogate Crematorium at 12.20 on 2 April.
